Heartsaver CPR AED Skills Sessions

The AHA Heartsaver Skills Session is the in-person, hands-on skills check (Part 2) of the American Heart Association Heartsaver® blended learning program for CPR/AED or CPR/AED/First Aid.

This session is designed for non-medical participants who have already completed the required AHA online course and need to demonstrate hands-on skills with an AHA-authorized instructor.

The online portion must be completed prior to attending and proof of completion is required at check-in.

Requirements to Attend

• Students must complete the AHA online course at www.shopcpr.heart.org
  
• This is a skills session only (no classroom lecture)
• Proof of online completion (printed or digital) is required
• Students without proof of completion will not be admitted
• eCards are issued after successful skills verification

AHA Heartsaver eCard Policy

American Heart Association (AHA)  Heartsaver Provider eCards are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements, including:

• Full attendance for the entire class
• Active participation in hands-on skills practice
• Passing the required AHA skills assessments
  

eCards are digital certifications issued directly by the American Heart Association and are typically delivered via email within 24–72 hours after course completion.

Important Notes:

• eCards are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued
• Students must provide a valid email address to receive their eCard
• Lost or deleted eCards must be retrieved through the AHA student portal
• Failure to meet course requirements will delay or prevent eCard issuance
• Certification is valid for 2 years from the issue date

Refund & Reschedule Policy

• All class registrations are Final 
• Students may reschedule one (1) time with at least 24 hours’ notice
