Code Red Hands‑On Training Policies & Terms

1. Refund & Reschedule Policy

We do not issue refunds once a purchase is completed due to the nature of educational services (training classes, certifications, and digital products).
Rescheduling:
• Students may reschedule one (1) time only with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Reschedule requests must be submitted by email or phone.
• If notice is not provided within 24 hours, the class fee is forfeited.
• Additional reschedules require a new registration and payment.

2. Same‑Day AHA eCard Policy

• Same‑day AHA eCards are issued only after successful course completion, full attendance, and demonstration of competency.
• eCards are not guaranteed if a student is late, fails required skills, or experiences system issues.
• If not issued same day, eCards will be emailed within 24–72 hours.

3. Certification & eCard Acknowledgment

By enrolling in an AHA course:
• You acknowledge that AHA eCards are issued electronically by AHA and may be delayed due to AHA processing.
• Code Red Hands‑On Training is not responsible for processing delays.
• Students are responsible for providing correct name and email information at registration.

4. No‑Show / No‑Call Policy

• If a student does not show up (no‑show) or fails to contact us before the class, the registration fee is forfeited.
• Late arrivals may be considered a no‑show at the discretion of the instructor.

5. Student Waiver & Acknowledgment

By registering, you acknowledge that:
• Participation involves physical activity (CPR, AED use, skills testing).
• You assume responsibility for your physical condition during courses.
• Code Red Hands‑On Training and affiliates are not liable for injury resulting from class participation.

6. CNA Program Disclaimer

• Our CNA exam prep courses provide review and preparation only.
• We are not a CNA school unless explicitly stated.
• Completion of our prep course does not guarantee certification.
• Eligibility and final certification decisions are determined by the state testing authority.

7. CPR Course Policy

• CPR courses require full attendance and completion of all required skills per AHA standards.
• Students unable to complete required skills may be required to retake the class.
• Children are not permitted in CPR classes unless they are registered as students.

8. Admission & Attendance Policies

• Students must register and pay in advance.
• Arrive on time and bring valid photo ID if requested.
• All course content must be attended in full to receive certification or credit.

9. Course Details

• Courses may include lecture, hands‑on skills, videos, and testing.
• Class size may be limited for safety and quality.
• Locations, formats, and schedules are subject to change with notice.

10. Booking & Cancellation

• All bookings must be completed through Shopify or approved booking platforms.
• Cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
• Rescheduling rules apply as stated above.

11. Digital Products – Delivery & Use

• Digital products (study guides, downloads, online materials) are delivered electronically.
• Access may be immediate or within 24 hours.
• Digital products are non‑refundable.
• Sharing or redistribution of digital products is prohibited.

12. Physical Products

• Orders process within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping times vary by carrier.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.
• Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

13. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and use your information only for order processing, certification issuance, and communication related to your training. We do not sell or share personal data. Payment processing is handled securely.
