Heartsaver K-12 + First Aid

The AHA Heartsaver® K-12+ First Aid course is designed to equip students and school-based personnel with the skills needed to respond to cardiac, choking, and injury emergencies in school and community settings. This non-medical training follows American Heart Association (AHA) science-based guidelines and emphasizes hands-on learning, confidence, and age-appropriate instruction.

This course is well suited for schools, youth programs, and organizations seeking to meet K-12 CPR + First Aid education or safety training requirements.

AHA Heartsaver eCard Policy

American Heart Association (AHA)  Heartsaver Provider eCards are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements, including:

• Full attendance for the entire class
• Active participation in hands-on skills practice
• Passing the required AHA skills assessments
  

eCards are digital certifications issued directly by the American Heart Association and are typically delivered via email within 24–72 hours after course completion.

Important Notes:

• eCards are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued
• Students must provide a valid email address to receive their eCard
• Lost or deleted eCards must be retrieved through the AHA student portal
• Failure to meet course requirements will delay or prevent eCard issuance
• Certification is valid for 2 years from the issue date

Refund & Reschedule Policy

• All class registrations are Final 
• Students may reschedule one (1) time with at least 24 hours’ notice
